The Junior Suite on the 5th floor was breathtaking, featuring two balconies with unparalleled views of the Gstaad valley. We loved the beautiful finishes, including a fireplace and high-end amenities like a coffee machine and free toiletries. The spa had a stunning indoor pool and relaxing areas, truly enhancing our experience.

The traditional shabu-shabu we enjoyed was exceptional, showcasing the culinary team's skill. However, the bustling atmosphere at times felt overwhelming, and navigating the spa area was a bit chaotic. Additionally, some facilities showed signs of wear that detracted slightly from the overall experience.
